Juicy Stove Top Chicken Breasts Recipe


  • 3tablespoons vegetable oil or canola oil, divided
  • 4(1 pound whole) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • cooking spray

  • 1/2teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2teaspoon smoked or sweet paprika
